Should any faults be detected during our inspections, the relevant appliance or system will be immediately disconnected for safety reasons. This is followed with a warning notice. Our engineers are not responsible for the repairing and maintenance of any appliances. All repairs or replacements should be carried out in line with your tenancy agreement and addressed as soon as possible.
