Dean offered to come to my home the same day I called him as we were desperate to get our hot water working again. He was very polite, well mannered and efficient. Dean checked over my boiler and found the issue very quickly and advised on what was needed to get it back up and running (was due to gas supply to house). He then advised me that there would be no cost for the service he had done in finding our fault. Would absolutely use Dean again without hesitation. Top bloke.

I have used Dean Widows for more than 15 years and he has always been a great reliable, professional service and works to a high standard. I had an issue with my boiler, it kept cutting off on over heating. I called Dean and he responded straightaway. He came and inspect the boiler. There was an issue with the heat exchanger so he gave me a reasonable quote and replaced the heat exchanger on the same day. He is very professional, clean and tidy work and very friendly. I would definitely recommend his service.

My boiler was leaking water late pm on 23rd Dec, I was not expecting to be able to get any help before Christmas. But I called Dean and he was as good as his word and came around Christmas Eve morning and immediately spotted the problem and did a first class job of repair. Will definitely use again. Dean has been looking after our Gas for our central heating system and for our cookers for a number of years now. I never managed to remember to write a review until today and thought I should add to what is already a very decent collection of laudatory testimonials. Dean was with with me today for an hour and a half extricating air that had gotten into our system during external maintenance. He charged me his usual £80 for what was a lengthy visit. He is a lovely, personable guy and makes a great fuss of our Dachshund 'Orla' who loves him. Simply the best Gas Engineer in the Worthing area.

Replace motorised controller on water heating system.

“Came first day to find cause of problem. Second day with required part to fit. Laid waterproof sheet so that no water escaped to damage carpet. When part was replaced checked that everything was working correctly and stayed long enough to ensure the joints were all tight.”

Replaced expansion vessel and timer switch on boiler

“After calling a number of plumbers to identify the problem with my boiler,(non of which could diagnose and one advised boiler needed replacing), Dean was recommended to me by another plumber. When I called Dean he was polite, professional and arranged to look at the job within 3 days. He called, when he was at the property and identified the problem with approx price. I agreed and Dean fixed the boiler within a few days. I will definitely be using Dean again, as he is honest, reliable and his prices are competitive. I have yet to meet Dean as out encounter has only been over the phone!”

Heating problem.

“We had many problems with our heating system since we purchased the bungalow and have had numerous tradesmen in to find the problem (ie plumbers and electrician). Dean came and found the problem straight away, and within 24 hours we were running as normal. We just wish we would have called Dean out in the first place as we could have saved a lot of money.”
